Between BC Fundraising & organizations

By registering to participate in a BC Fundraising fundraiser, the school or organization agrees to the following terms and conditions.

• The organization or school agrees to begin the fundraiser within one week of signing up for the fundraiser.
• The school agrees to schedule and hold the “Prize Party” and “Mega” carnival in the same school year as the fundraising period.
• The school or organization agrees to a 50/50 split with BC Fundraising of all donations collected and will accept payment of their portion of the funds which will be presented to the school or organization representative at the “Prize Party”. They agree that all expenses incurred during the fundraiser will be covered by BC Fundraising Inc. Expenses may include but are not limited to Kids prizes, school prizes, donors prizes.
• Students who qualify will be presented their prizes at the “prize party”

Between BC Fundraising & Donors

• All donations must be made electronically via bcfundraising.org
• All donations are final and non refundable
• Raffle winners names will be drawn at the “prize Party and they will be issued a visa pre paid card as the form of payment for their raffle winnings.
